Salary: £24,570 per annum, plus company benefits

Location: Glasgow, G2 2SA

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8:30am until pm with 30mins unpaid lunch break

Work model: Fully onsite

Williams Lea seeks a Receptionist/Office Services Assistant to join our team!

Purpose of role 

The Reception team provides administrative front line service to all visitors and provides support to all staff, the role requires a certain amount of flexibility.

  

Key responsibilities 

Provide a high quality of service to all staff and customersWelcome visitors with a high standard of customer service, signing in guests and issuing access cards with prior authorisationDelivering a high quality standard of corporate service including arranging client meetings and eventsManaging onsite car parking for clients and visitorsProviding IT equipment support working closely with other departmentsWorking extremely closely with the hospitality team to ensure a smooth running of daily requests, showing flexibility and willingness to support colleagues and take on additional duties if requiredLiaising with the Office Services team for training materials and printing needs for seminars to ensure a prompt start for training eventsDealing with administration tasksDealing with telephone and email enquiries in a timely mannerEnsuring that the post deadlines are kept to.Reprographics, manual and via DocBusterGeneral maintenance of general office equipmentAssisting with moving and transportation of boxes around the officeProvide data and report any issues to Office Manager when required
