Global asset Management client located in Financial District; Manhattan is seeking a Temp to Perm Receptionist/Office Coordinator to assist the New York office. This person will be an integral part of the office coordinating administrative duties and office procedures. The individual will create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensure high levels of organization effectiveness, communication and safety. The person will also be the first point of contact for our company, welcome and greet guests, and offer administrative support across the organization. Onsite coverage August 4th - August 15th, 8am - 5pm with 1 hour lunch.
Responsibilities:
Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriatelyMaintain multiple conference rooms and conference room calendarsOrder supplies, stock/maintain for the kitchenOrder and set up catering for meetings and eventsAnswer and forward incoming phone callsRegister guests with securityOrder office suppliesSort and distribute daily mail/deliveriesComplete monthly expense reportsServe as the liaison between the building and companyMaintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degreeProven work experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Representative or similar roleProfessional attitude and appearanceCustomer service orientedSolid written and verbal communicationProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to be resourceful and proactive when issues ariseExcellent organizational skillsAbility to effectively prioritize workload and adapt quickly to changeA high level of professionalism
Pay:
