Receptionist/Office & Accounting Assistant

Position Summary:
CE Reeve is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Receptionist / Office & Accounting Assistant to support daily front office and accounting operations. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, varied work environment and is committed to maintaining a professional and organized workplace.
Job Functions:
Welcome and log visitors; manage front desk and lobby areaAnswer and direct phone calls professionallyOrder, track, and restock office and kitchenette suppliesCoordinate travel and lodging for both field and office staffSupport preparation of reports, internal documents, and administrative materialsProcess incoming/outgoing mail, assist with shipping, and maintain bid logsPerform accounting support tasks including data entry, invoice matching, AP/AR, and reconciliationsMaintain organized records and ensure confidentiality of all information
Knowledge, Skills & Experience (Essential):
2+ years in an administrative, receptionist, or accounting support roleStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Office SuiteExperience with data entry preferredExcellent multitasking, communication, and organizational skillsHigh level of professionalism, accuracy, and discretion
Knowledge, Skills & Experience (Desirable):
Bilingual in SpanishExperience coordinating travel or field logisticsFamiliarity with purchase orders and vendor coordinationSelf-starter attitude with strong teamwork and adaptabilityComfort in a dynamic, fast-paced office setting
