Job Summary & Goals
The Receptionist reports to Junior FM Manager and is responsible for providing support to ensure facilities hospitality services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide superior customer service that meets the client’s expectations.Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.Receiving Letters/Parcels/Couriers/Boxes and organize them in the Mailroom with registration and delivering to exact department.Maintain reception area and Mail room neat, tidy and good working condition at all times.Daily check of VIP kitchenette and VIP meeting room, for cleanliness, and temperatureProvide front of house and reception services for the client directly.Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone or email.Handling the client’s reception duties with care, commitment and always in a courteous manner.Managing and responding to the client’s customer’s requirements and requests to ensure a high level of customer support to the JLL clients.Support with events: register VIP visitors and announce to the host.Management of visitor access and register visitors in the Special VIP events. Handle couriers and post deliveries and collections.Register all outgoing Post in the Post office website.Supporting Facilities Coordinator in her absence with Waste (EKÁER) registrationCheck e-mails each morning and react accordingly.Maintaining accurate and efficient management information systems.Book taxis in line with the client’s policy and procedures.Ensure all activities are carried out are in accordance with Health and Safety policies.Follow established escalation and incident reporting procedures.Adhere to JLL’s business conduct by ensuring compliance with the firm’s guidelines, procedures, and strategies.Seek ways to constantly reduce costs and improve operational standards.Other tasks and duties as required by his supervisor.Qualifications
