Our client in Flower Mound, a leader in the air freight industry, is seeking a Receptionist!

Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Flower Mound, TX

Pay Range: $18 per hour

Shift: M-F 8am-5pm

What's the Job?

Check visitors in and confirm ID’s and assign visitor badges.

• Scanning

• Entering Fedex shipments through Fedex Manager

• Monitoring emails

• Confirming delivery orders (Uline, Office Depot, etc.)

• Pick up daily mail.

• Perform any department specific responsibilities as defined by the Office Manager

 

What's Needed?

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); communicates clearly and concisely to obtain positive results. Pro-active; strong planning and organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 1 to 2+ years of experience as a receptionist Accuracy in processing emails MS Office  Availability to work Monday to Friday
