The Position

The position is on a fixed term basis with a possibility of extension.

We are looking for a colleague who will be the first point of contact for our visitors and ensures smooth operation of the reception desk and the central office.

End-to-end management of reception activitiesAct as the first point of contact for visitors and employees’ queriesIncoming calls and their transferManage an electronic mailboxHandle incoming and outgoing mail and couriers servicesEntry cards managementSupport Finance department - invoice registration and scanning, monthly closure of car log, contracting and data inputProvision of orders for office suppliesProvision of refreshment (kitchen, training, company events)Communication with building managementManagement of meeting roomsCoordinator for fire drills and safety and health environment initiativesAdditional projects and duties as assigned and relevant to the role

Who You Are

High school DegreeFluent Czech language and advanced level of English written and spokenSome administrative work experience is a plusExcellent communication skills to be able to connect with different stakeholdersRepresentative mannerOrganizational skillsAble to handle conflicting prioritiesPresentation skillsIndependence and responsibilitySelf-driven and work with sense of urgency
