Job Title: Receptionist/Customer Service Representative

Location: Downtown Miami near Bayfront Park, full time onsite

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Salary: $15 per hour

Contract to Hire

Openings: 2 Spots Open - 1 requires fluent English speaker and 1 fluent bilingual Spanish/English speaker

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Receptionist/Customer Service Representative to join our clients team in downtown Miami. This role plays an essential part in ensuring smooth daily operations by welcoming clients, providing excellent customer service, and supporting our staff with a variety of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and direct clients throughout the facility with professionalism and courtesy

Provide front desk support, assisting clients, customers, and vendors as needed

Open, sort, and route incoming mail; prepare outgoing correspondence

Accurately file and maintain documents and records

Perform data entry and maintain updated information in systems

Operate office equipment such as copiers, scanners, and fax machines

Support operational teams with a range of administrative and clerical tasks

Perform daily opening and closing procedures of the front lobby when assigned

Deliver excellent customer service to participants, landlords, co-workers, and visitors

Qualifications:

Previous experience in administrative, clerical, or customer service roles (retail is ok) preferred

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Proficient in basic office equipment and Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
