Greeting and dealing with visitors or customers at the front desk as well as phone callsPhone answering and take a message with deliver to userManage a goods receiving and post mail with reportManage / organize the meeting rooms reservation and facilitate the readiness of each meeting as required.Manage stock of office supplies and stationary ordering and stock keeper.Handling with visitor cards and access cards with recordSupport admin add hoc as request

QualificationsAge between 25 - 32 years oldBachelor of Arts major in English / Bachelor of Business administration/ any fieldSkilled in receptionist or customer service for at least 2 yearsGood communication skillGood personality and service-mindedGood command in English both speaking and writing.Good in MS Office365, Excel, WordHospitality and positive mindset
