Receptionist and HR Coordinator

What You Will Be Doing:

As a Receptionist, you will answer incoming calls through a computer based switchboard for the corporate office of a 28+ location private company.  Must have the professionalism and customer service skills to quickly and politely query calls to determine the appropriate department and personnel to forward the calls in a prompt and pleasant manner, as well as answer questions about the company’s different divisions and locations.  Your work station is located in the lobby, so you will act as the first impression representing the company as visitors, vendors, customers, etc. visit the corporate office.  Must be able to multi-task to assume other administrative duties while taking incoming calls.  Other administrative duties include assisting the HR Department with various HR related responsibilities specifically around employee communications ranging from assisting in drafting and sending employee communications, drafting posters and graphics for internal websites to daily sorting of incoming US mail, maintaining company phone directory, etc.  Prefer some college and must have above average current computer skills and aptitude (Word, Excel, Power Point, and preferably UKG/Ultipro).  This is an in-person position. Hours are Mon-Fri, 8 – 5.

Additional Responsibilities: Assist HR Department with projects, mailings, etc… Miscellaneous duties as assigned by manager Who We Are Looking For:

To be successful in this position you should have prior receptionist and/or employee communications experience.  Excellent analytical, organization and communication skills are also required.
