What you will do

Primary point of contact and administrative support, coordinating reception and customer service activities.Able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations.Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.Maintains security and telecommunications system. Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Facilities administration (Office / Cleaning services / Security)Fleet management

What you need

University Degree or Technical Degree required.+2 years in as a Recepcionist supporting facilities activities required.Intermediate/Advanced level of English required.Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.Must reside in Mexico City.
