Greet and welcome all guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they feel at home from the moment they arrive.Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest records, billing, and room assignments.Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and directions, providing knowledgeable recommendations and thoughtful support.Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times, in line with hotel grooming standards.Promote the hotel’s facilities, services, and ongoing offers to enhance guest experiences.Support your team by being adaptable and willing to assist in other areas when required.
