We are looking for a professional Receptionist to join our team.
What You’ll Do:
+ Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner
+ Answer, screen, and forward phone calls promptly
+ Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
+ Manage incoming/outgoing mail, courier services, and visitor log
+ Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms and appointments
+ Provide administrative support (filing, scanning, data entry)
+ Assist with travel bookings, office supplies, and vendor coordination
What We’re Looking For:
+ High school Diploma, or equivalent
+ 1–2 years of experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a similar administrative role
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Fluent in English (spoken and written) preferred for daily interaction with international teams and guests
+ Professional appearance and a customer service mindset
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
+ Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
