Receptionist – Fixed Term Contract (Until December 2025)
Location: Unilever R&D, Quarry Road Est, Bebington, Wirral CH63 3JW
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm (36.5 hours per week)
Hourly Rate: £12.60

Job Introduction
We’re recruiting a Receptionist to join us at Unilever R&D, Bebington, on a fixed-term basis until December 2025. This role has been created in response to upcoming building works, and you’ll be part of a dedicated temporary reception area, welcoming a global range of visitors with professionalism and care.

Main Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for all global visitors to site

Provide a warm and professional meet-and-greet service

Issue visitor badges in line with Unilever policy and procedures

Ensure timely and accurate information is transferred between relevant systems

Be a visible and approachable point of contact for the wider site population

Coordinate hospitality catering as required

Carry out ad hoc administrative duties to support the concierge function

Ideal Candidate

Proven experience in a front-of-house, customer-facing, or receptionist role

High standard of personal presentation and professionalism

Comfortable using a range of IT systems and handling confidential information

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Able to work independently and as part of a wider team

Flexible and proactive approach to supporting day-to-day site operations
