**Responsibilities:**
• welcome visitors as the first-line representative of the Company, and guide them to
relevant people or positions;
• direct incoming calls at appropriate times to appropriate people, take relevant notes and
deliver them to relevant people on time;
• conduct relations with contracted courier and cargo companies;
• coordinate documents and packages to be delivered on time via courier, cargo, or mail
properly, and deliver incoming documents to relevant people;
• follow mail, cargo, and courier operations thoroughly and accurately, coordinating to the
Company Headquarters and in compliance with the rules;
• play active role in relevant projects to achieve yearly objectives;
• ensure corporate data accuracy with records and reports in his/her responsibility areas
and assignments;
• follow and ensure security instructions and regulations communicated from the Office
Management to provide security in the Office;
• keep reception area in an orderly manner.
**Expertise:**
• education: University Degree;
• preferably 1 year experience in a similar position;
• knowledge of English (upper-intermediate level at least);
• computer Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
