An international PE firm with a collaborative culture. This is ideal for someone with a hospitality or 5 service background* to bring that same level of professionalism and warmth into a corporate setting.

About the Receptionist role:
Working alongside another Receptionist, key duties will include:

Managing front of house reception duties with warmth and professionalismHosting client meetings and conferences, ensuring a seamless hospitality experienceCoordinating catering, F&B service and meeting room set upSupporting wider team with ad hoc administrative tasksEnsuring a professional and welcoming environment for all clients and visitors

Required Skills and Experience

Background in hospitality, F&B or 5* corporate/Hotel service environmentProfessional, polished, and thrives in client-facing settingsHighly organised, dependable, and adaptableStrong interpersonal skills - enjoys building relationshipsProficient with MS Office

Additional Details:

A professional and friendly work environment that values collaboration and teamworkCore hours 08:00-17:00 or 09:00-17:30 (rotated)Salary up to £40K plus additional excellent benefitsOffice-based full time
