Job Description
The receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing professional and personable service while performing a variety of admin and clerical tasks to support daily operations.
The position primarily requires sitting at the front desk, with occasional visits to other offices and the floor to communicate with team members, collaborating with supply chain team.
Responsibilities
Greet visitors and manage check-ins at the front desk.Answer incoming phone calls, addressing inquiries and transferring calls to appropriate personnel.Support plant operations by creating purchase orders within SAP for the supply chain team.Communicate with team members by visiting offices and the floor as needed.Essential Skills
Experience working as a receptionist or administrative assistant.Proficiency in SAP, including experience in purchase order creation.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Teams.Work Environment
The work environment is primarily based at the front desk, with occasional duties requiring visits to other offices and the plant floor.
Enjoy paid time off for six major holidays and one week of vacation over a six-month period.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.00/hr.
