We're seeking a professional, organized, and personable Receptionist/Office Administrator to serve as the welcoming face and provide vital administrative support to our growing team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our office while creating a positive and professional experience for visitors, partners, and team members.
Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist visitors, staff, and nonprofit partners in a friendly and professional manner
Manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence promptly and efficiently
Maintain the front desk area and ensure a welcoming office environment
Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and team calendars
Assist with office supply management, ordering, and vendor communications
Support basic HR/administrative processes, including onboarding paperwork and file maintenance
Assist leadership and staff with project coordination and day-to-day administrative needs
Provide general support for company events, campaigns, and outreach efforts as needed
QualificationsPrevious experience as a receptionist, office administrator, or in a similar administrative support role preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a people-first approach
Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Self-starter who can multitask and support a dynamic, mission-driven team
