Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a professional and reliable Receptionist/Office Administrator to support our headquarters during a 6-week leave coverage. This role is essential to maintaining smooth front desk operations and providing administrative support to our team. There office supports a small group of individuals. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and play a key role in daily office coordination. This is a fully onsite role and will be Monday through Friday from 8:30-4:30.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
• Greet and check in visitors (approx. 60 per week)
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Manage mail and package deliveries
• Order lunches and coordinate catering as needed
• Issue visitor badges and maintain security protocols
• Reserve and manage conference room bookings
• Monitor and maintain office supplies and inventory
• Send outgoing packages and coordinate courier services
• Support general administrative tasks as needed

Skills and Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of administrative or front desk experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Professional demeanor and customer service orientation
• Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced environment null
