We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Part Time Temporary Receptionist to join our client’s friendly team based in Hanley. This is a short-term role covering 4-5 weeks, ideal for someone with reception or administrative experience who enjoys working in a customer-facing position.
Dates: ASAP till the end of AugustShift One 8.30am – 1.15pm
Shift Two 1pm – 5.30pm
Key Responsibilities of this Receptionist role:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous mannerAnswer and direct incoming telephone calls, taking messages where necessaryHandle general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document scanningManage incoming and outgoing postMaintain the reception area to ensure it remains tidy and presentableProvide ad-hoc administrative support to other departments as requiredSkills and Experience Required for this Receptionist role:
Previous experience in a reception, front-of-house, or administrative roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)Strong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to remain calm and professional in a busy environmentReliable, punctual, and presentableDetails of this Receptionist role:
