Receptionist Job ID 231193 Posted 28-Jul-2025 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Administrative Location(s) Warsaw - Mazowieckie - Poland **What You Will Do:** + Provide professional and courteous reception services, welcoming and assisting all visitors and employees, and ensuring they feel valued. + Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries from employees and visitors, providing thorough information based on their specific requests. + Assist guests with accommodations, such as luggage and coats, and direct visitors and employees to the appropriate individuals, departments, or meeting rooms. + Pre-register external guests scheduled to visit the building and upload lists for group pre-registration. Issue visitor passes. + Answer phones and emails in a friendly and professional manner. Receive and direct incoming calls to the appropriate employees and voicemail systems. + Collaborate and communicate with internal and external service providers (e.g., technical services, cleaning services). + Assist with scheduling and preparing meeting and conference rooms, including arranging beverage service for attendees. + Provide support services to employees and guests, including, but not limited to: arranging transportation and assisting with the organization of charity and company events. + Manage the reception area, ensuring it is consistently clean, tidy, and professional.
