Description We are looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join our team in Midland, Texas. This Contract to permanent position is an excellent opportunity for a bilingual individual passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at a trucking center. Responsibilities: • Welcome and assist visitors with courtesy and attention to detail. • Provide outstanding customer service to clients and guests. • Manage and operate the cash drawer, ensuring accurate transactions. • Process payments through cash, credit card, or check methods. • Complete special assignments and tasks as directed by management. • Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, including answering, transferring calls, and taking messages. • Maintain a pleasant and detail-oriented phone demeanor at all times. • Perform accurate data entry to support administrative processes. • Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to assist a diverse customer base. • Collaborate with team members to support overall office operations. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role. • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. • Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems. • Strong customer service skills with a pleasant and detail-oriented demeanor. • Experience in cash handling and payment processing. • Ability to perform accurate data entry tasks. • Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities. • Familiarity with effective phone etiquette and communication techniques.
