This Position reports to:

We are looking for a warm, professional, and service-oriented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests and clients. This role combines traditional front desk responsibilities with a strong emphasis on hospitality, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed and valued.

Your Role and Responsibilities  

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. 
 
- Work model: #onsite at our Nottingham facility

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, creating a positive first impression.

Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, handling inquiries, and directing visitors.

Provide exceptional customer service and accurate information in person, by phone, or via email.

Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare rooms for guests, including hospitality arrangements.

Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area, including the area dedicated to PPE, while overseeing the staff canteen's upkeep.

Support administrative tasks and liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth visitor experiences.

Qualifications for the Role  

Proven experience in a receptionist, front desk, or hospitality role

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong customer service orientation with a warm and approachable manner

Professional appearance and demeanor

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment
