Our client, a global private markets investment firm, is seeking a Receptionist in New York City. The hours are 10:00am-6:00pm (until 6:30pm when needed). This is a fully in-office position, five days per week.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, maintaining a polished and professional front-of-house presence
* Greet and assist guests, manage visitor check-ins, and direct deliveries
* Answer and route incoming calls, take messages as needed
* Support daily office functions including mail handling and coordinating with facilities or hospitality teams
* Collaborate closely with a small team including a fellow receptionist, hospitality associate, and office coordinator
* Work in tandem with a high-touch, service-oriented colleague to deliver white-glove reception coverage
* Maintain tidy and welcoming reception and common areas
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* 2-3+ years of relevant experience in reception, hospitality, or high-end customer service
* Professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Warm, energetic, and service-oriented approach
Compensation/Benefits:
* Up to $66K plus bonus
* 23 days PTO
