Ensuring a safe, comfortable, and productive work environment.Implement, comply with the firm’s safety guidelines and strategies.Responsible for meeting support, reserving and coordinating meeting room resources.Collaborating with external partners and vendors as needed.Check office facilities and equipment, contact suppliers for maintenance.Assist the facilities management team in track and supervise the good/service process and quality.Responsible for Work Order /Payment as per client policy and JLL process.Manage the telephone console, receive and divert incoming calls.Receive, greet, guide visitors including co-ordination with employees.Vendor registration and temporary badge management.Handling incoming and outgoing mails/parcels, and assists employees in collecting their mails/packages.Handling export and import documents/packages including contacts with courier service for pick up arrangements and contact with related BU for import package confirmation.Assist HR in registration of candidates visit for interview and contact with the interviewer.Assist HR & IT to guide new hires onboard.Provide assistance in general administrative activities and any other duties as assigned by the CRE teamActively participate in all planned training activities.Assist the CRE team in implementing the corresponding HX initiative activities.Contribute information of inclusion in the Monthly Report submitted to GCR teamAssist in the implementation and management of a property risk management program.Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures.Building relationships with employees at all levels.Location:
