I. Job Summary
Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The receptionist will be responsible for mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties.

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities 
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned. 

Greets and directs visitors to the company. Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail. Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.) Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies. Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating Assisting the A/R department with check scanning and the posting of payments Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

This job has no supervisory duties.

IV. Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.

A. Education/Experience         

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. (accredited) Experience: No prior work experience required. B.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements None required. C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required None required.

Flexibility. Communication Proficiency. Collaboration Skills. Customer/Client Focus. Technical Capacity Must be able to complete projects and assignments with minimal supervision

Machines, Tools, Equipment and Software USED:

Usual office equipment including computer, phone, fax machine, copier and calculator. MS Office including Word. Company information application systems.

Normal setting for this job is: office setting and/or landfill.

The expected base pay range for this position across the U.S is $18.69 - $23.00. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
