As a receptionist at JLL, you serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, representing the company's professional image and commitment to excellent service.
Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and greet all visitors to JLL offices in a professional and friendly mannerManage the reception area to ensure it remains tidy and presentableProcess visitor sign-ins and issue visitor badges according to security protocolsNotify appropriate staff of visitor arrivalsAnswer, screen, and direct incoming phone callsHandle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveriesProvide basic information about JLL services to inquiring visitorsSupport administrative tasks as needed, which may include scheduling meeting roomsMaintain visitor logs and security proceduresQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferredPrevious reception or customer service experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProfessional appearance and demeanorProficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsProficiency in Hebrew and English requiredAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailSkillsCustomer service orientationProblem-solving abilityBilingual capabilities in English and HebrewDiscretion when handling confidential informationAdaptability to changing prioritiesPositive attitude and team-player mindsetLocation:
