Your Mission:
Warmly meet and greet all visitors - you set the tone from the first hello.Manage calls, emails, and visitor notifications with effortless professionalism.Keep the reception area looking immaculate - you have an eye for detail.Support meeting room bookings, setups, and VIP hosting.Collaborate with security and housekeeping teams to maintain a flawless operation.Raise IT support tickets when necessary (you don't need to be a tech wizard - just know who to call).Handle access passes with strict confidentiality and professionalism.Build strong relationships with both the client and your internal team.What You Bring:
Reception or luxury hospitality experience (hotel or corporate settings, strong preference).A warm, welcoming personality wrapped in polished professionalism.The ability to keep your cool and your standards sky-high, even on busy days.Great timekeeping, strong organization skills, and brilliant communication (written and spoken).Eligibility to pass a DBS check.Personal presentation that reflects a premium brand - polished and suitable for a corporate environment.What's In It For You:
