Key Responsibilities: + Answer the door and phone promptly, greeting visitors and callers in a warm positive manner. + Ask visitors about their purpose and direct them to the appropriate location within the building. + Track the number of people entering the building to ensure smooth operations. + Take messages and distribute them to the intended recipients in a timely and accurate manner.
