If you are a dynamic, decisive person with experience in similar positions, who is interested in getting involved in a professional challenge linked to the luxury hotel sector, this is the opportunity for you. **Key responsabilities:** · Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests, both in person and over the phone. · Check in and check out. · Offer personalised concierge services and local recommendations for attractions and activities. · Handle billing, invoicing, and cash reconciliation during your shift. · Allocate rooms according to reservations received, as well as guests preferences. · Receive complaints and/or comments from all guests and ensure that they are resolved as soon as possible. · Coordinate with the head of reception and other departments for the smooth running of the hotel. · Support in various tasks and activities within the reception team. · To duly comply with all the procedures and policies set by the company. **Qualifications:** **Requirements:** · Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel reception. · Professional fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential. · Knowledge ofadditionallanguages, mainly German, would be an advantage. · Excellent customer service and teamwork skills. · Knowledge of the Avalon tool is a plus. **We offer:** · Full-time contract. · A dynamic and collaborative environment where you can develop professionally.
