This is your chance to shine as the face of Uber's international headquarters in Amsterdam! **Your role: More than just reception** As a Receptionist & Facility Support, you're not only the first impression guests and employees get—you’re also the go-to person behind the scenes. You’ll be the link between Uber employees, suppliers, and the facility team, with the freedom to own your workday and take initiative. In addition to your day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll also have an exciting extra task: You’ll assist in planning and coordinating internal office events, in close collaboration with Uber's events team. No two days are the same! **What will you be doing?** + Warmly welcoming Uber employees, visitors, and candidates, acting as a friendly first point of contact. + Managing the reception/lobby area and ensuring all meeting rooms are tidy and professional. + Quickly responding to and following up on requests from employees and guests—in person, via internal messaging, or by email. + Registering guests using the badging software and issuing visitor passes. + Providing building navigation support and information about facilities and emergency exits. + Coordinating with and assisting suppliers and technicians on site. + Ordering and maintaining stock of office supplies and frequently used items. + Supporting the organization and smooth running of internal office events. + Offering administrative and operational support to the CBRE GWS @ Uber Amsterdam Facility Management team. + Willingness to follow hospitality and systems training. **What do you bring to the table?** + A vocational (MBO) degree in Hospitality, Events, Tourism, or Facility Management. + Relevant experience in customer-focused or hospitality-related roles. + Excellent command of both Dutch and English—English is the working language at Uber Netherlands. + A natural service mindset, proactive attitude, and problem-solving skills. **What’s in it for you?** + A gross monthly salary between €2,500 and €2,900, depending on experience. + Mobile phone + Pension scheme and optional collective health and home insurance. + 8.33% holiday pay + 25 paid vacation days. + Option to purchase up to 10 additional leave days. + 2 bonus leave days if you have zero sick days in a year. + 12 additional (ADV) days per year. + Learning and growth opportunities via the CBRE GWS Academy or through external training providers. **Why work at CBRE GWS @ Uber?** CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is the global market leader in integrated technical, facilities, real estate and project management.
