As a Front Office Apprentice with Hilton you will be working towards a Hospitality Team Member Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over the course of 15 months. No prior experience needed – just a passion for Guest Service!

What will I be doing?

\n\nContribute to high levels of customer service\nManage customer relations when necessary\nComply with and have full knowledge of regulations regarding Health and Safety\nUndertake any reasonable duties that may be assigned by the senior manager in the hotel\nComplete all aspects of the training programme\n\n
