We are hiring an Administrative & Reception Assistant to become the key point of contact at our headquarters and ensure smooth daily operations in a dynamic, growing environment.

Your responsibilitiesWelcome and support panelists and visitors at the reception
Manage appointments, coordinate calendars, and handle incoming calls
Oversee payment processing (card, cash, vouchers) and documentation
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflows
Maintain a tidy, organized and professional reception area
Provide basic administrative support to the wider team
What we’re looking forPrevious experience in reception, administration, or customer service
Strong sense of responsibility, organisation, and autonomy
Fluent in Spanish and functional English (minimum B1); French is a plus
Comfortable with digital tools and basic office software
Warm, professional, and positive personality
Willingness to commit long-term and be a trusted team member
