What will you do?Review the order tracker log sheet for expected deliveriesReview notes on the board for items needed to return, special handling of certain items, distribution of products, reminders for pre-shiftsNotify manager of any staffing changesVerify items received against the invoice and purchase orderInspect and check dry and frozen goods for any signs of damageEnsure perishable products are stores away promptlyInspect wine/liquor for tamperingConduct random inspection of expiration dates on productsNote on the invoice any items that are shorted, damaged, mislabeled, or rejectedReceive UPS/Fedex/USPS packages from mail room

More about youMust be at least 18 years oldExperience working in a restaurant requiredMinimum of 2 years' of supervisory experience preferredMust be able to implement rules and direct employeesA true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environmentNo college degree required
