Receiving/Distribution Clerk | Materials Management | Full time
Responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient product flow by receiving, staging, and delivering incoming freight from various shipping sources. Coordinates outgoing shipments via common carriers or courier services as appropriate and processes all related data for received goods.

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills required.

Proficiency in basic business math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

Experience with computer data entry required.

Prior experience in a receiving or warehouse role preferred.

Forklift certification required (may be obtained after hire).

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work independently with minimal supervision.

Capable of making sound decisions under pressure or in stressful situations.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and sign for deliveries; document any damage or shortages on the bill of lading.

Verify received products against vendor packing slips for accuracy in quantity, unit, item number, and description.

Organize incoming goods to ensure smooth and efficient product flow.

Accurately enter all receipts into the system, confirming correct PO, quantity, and packaging details.

Print and attach appropriate receiving documents for each delivery location.

Deliver internal orders to designated locations and obtain required signatures.

Log and deliver all non-Materials Management (MM) items; collect delivery confirmations as needed.

Coordinate incoming deliveries through the Operations Center for routing to appropriate departments.

Prepare and process outgoing shipments (UPS, FedEx, freight); maintain stock of shipping supplies.

Safely operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, carts); maintain certifications as required.

Shift:

Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America)

Schedule:

Primarily weekdays, Monday thru Friday.
