Overview Manage the quality of incoming potatoes, their storage, and their transfer to the production area according to the plan Responsibilities Control the supply of potatoes, receive, and inspect domestic and foreign varieties to meet quality standards: Control the quantity and quality of daily potato receipts according to quality standards. Supervise the daily operations (personnel, machinery) of the receiving points in the assigned area. Coordinate with relevant departments to move potatoes from the receiving points to the cold storage, ensuring quality, minimizing loss, and adhering to the plan and safety standards. Review and ensure the accuracy of daily receiving and storage reports from the assigned receiving points. Implement the Safety program in the assigned receiving area. Control the operational costs of the Receiving team in the responsible area according to the AOP (Annual Operating Plan). Ensure that all processes are compliant with the Agro work procedures in the GCS (Global Control System) and company policies. Support the EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) system and the ISO system. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the agricultural industry. Skills: Communication and negotiation skills. Language: Conversational English. Computer proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
