**Pay:** $22/hour
**Hours:** 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
**Schedule:** Monday – Friday
Summary
The Receiving Coordinator is responsible for coordinating multiple functions within the facility, including receiving, shipping, and administrative tasks. This role ensures accurate documentation, efficient material handling, and compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Responsibilities
+ Maintain working knowledge of WIN Central and plant receiving processes, including drum staging, profile access, and label printing.
+ Perform data entry into WIN, Powersuite, Excel, and Outlook for truck-to-truck materials.
+ Organize and file truck-to-truck paperwork.
+ Maintain trailer inventories and update shared files in Outlook.
+ Prepare and print outbound manifests, hazardous waste labels, and shipping papers for rejected materials.
+ Enter lab data and drum/bulk tracking information into the WIN system.
+ Conduct storage area scans.
+ Perform filing, typing, and general clerical duties.
+ Manage supplies in assigned areas, maintaining proper housekeeping and best management practices.
+ Adhere to all CHES policies, SOPs, OSHA regulations, and company health, safety, and compliance protocols.
+ Support Clean Compliance standards in all job functions.
+ Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
+ **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required.
+ **Experience:** 0–3 years in shipping, receiving, or administrative support preferred.
+ **Skills & Competencies:**
+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
+ Proficiency in Windows-based applications (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
+ Strong organizational and documentation skills.
+ **Travel:** Less than 10%.
Physical Requirements
+ Medium work: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with frequent lifting/carrying up to 25 lbs.
+ Frequent standing (4–6 hours), bending, climbing, and reaching.
+ Ability to climb ladders and get on/off forklifts.
+ Good hand-eye coordination and depth perception (20/20 vision, corrected or uncorrected).
+ Capability to perform push-ups, deep knee squats, and sit-ups as part of fitness assessment.
+ Occasional operation of vehicles or forklifts with automatic transmission.
