Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with inventory control procedures. **Key Responsibilities:** + Receive and verify incoming materials against orders and packing slips. + Organize and label materials in designated storage locations. + Liaise with warehouses to ensure inventory management. + Conduct cycle counts and audits to maintain accurate inventory records. + Prepare materials for production based on schedules and work orders. + Issue materials to production and update inventory records. + Handle materials to prevent damage and ensure compliance with guidelines. + Fulfill internal material requisitions and coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock. + Monitor inventory levels and generate reorder requests. + Enter data into inventory systems and generate reports. + Maintain cleanliness and organization in the Receiving area. + Adhere to safety protocols and report any hazards or equipment issues. **Work Hours:** + Standard: Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm + Occasional support for 24/7 plant structure. **Education & Experience:** + High school diploma or GED. + 2+ years in Receiving operations, inventory control, or warehouse management. **Required Skills:** + Experience in Receiving operations, preferably in manufacturing. + Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management. **Desired Skills:** + Proficiency with inventory software (e.g., SAP S4 Hana) and Microsoft Excel. + Good communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure. + Forklift certification and experience with material handling equipment is a plus. **Soft Skills:** + Strong communication across organizational levels. + Team-oriented, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple priorities. + High commitment level and good presentation skills. **This position does not support immigration sponsorship.** The range for this position is $50,017.00 - $68,774.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
