Our client, a leading player in the logistics industry, is seeking a Receiving Clerk to join their team. As a Receiving Clerk, you will be part of the operations department supporting the supply chain team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Receiving Clerk

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Pay Range: $16 per hour

What's the Job?

Check Receiving Report for accuracy and completeness, including section number, item number, and quantities. Verify purchasing ledger for the PO number by entering the item number. Receive and process purchase orders, ensuring that quantities do not exceed the original PO quantity by more than 5%. Enter receipts by PO and ensure the correct shipping address is used. Maintain accurate records in the Trailer Log and ensure all materials are documented correctly.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic proficiency in Excel and other data entry tools. Strong communication skills for collaboration with team members. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
