Rebuild Coordinator
Reports to: Rebuild Manager Rebuild Coordinators ensure ensuring the support of our customers, sales, and internal personnel. Attention to detail, organization, and technology management is crucial in this role. Communication with the customer is our top priority. Ensuring the customer is informed, responding to inquiries, and assisting with resolving issues and problems. Rebuild Coordinators efficiently plan and route the most-appropriate technicians and Territory Sales Managers in accordance with established guidelines and company procedures. Work is performed in established processes and procedures in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. Familiarity with managing operations in a service-based, industrial maintenance and repair business is important. We need a strong, self-driven, collaborative leader to join the team and help shape our future. Rebuild Coordinator Role & Responsibilities + Maintains a professional and productive work environment at all times. + Provide oversight and control of the plant organization and workplace environment. + Generate parts lists and obtain vendor quotes. + Preparation of estimates and proposals. + Ensure that all company and administrative deadlines are met timely. + Quality control of services. + Provide project management, technical oversight, and direction to the shop employees. + Oversee resource allocation, manpower, and scheduling and prioritize jobs based on customer expected deliveries. + Maintain job files with proper documents to track job costs. + Accountable for job profitability and implementation of programs required to meet or exceed company profitability objectives. + Maintain and continuously develop positive relationships + Key corporate vendors and local vendors to supply on-demand local parts and services. + Coordinate with Rebuild Manager to meet or exceed customer expectations regarding capability, quality, and performance of all work. + Provide sales support to Crane 1 branches and maintain current customer relationships. + Work with Rebuild Manager and Technicians to implement and monitor company safety policy and procedures to assure the safety of all workers. + Follow all company policies and responsibly manage company risks and liability in all dealings. + Other duties as assigned. Rebuild Coordinator Requirements KNOWLEDGE: A minimum of (3)+ years of industry experience or customer service-related background, or a combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field is preferred. SKILLS:  + Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, and Word. + Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures + Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to work with customers, sales staff, and internal team members. + Must be able to work in a dynamic environment in which fast response is normal – where the lead time is critical on quotes and delivery. + Excellent communication skills – verbal and written. + Strong attention to detail. + Strong understanding of structural, electrical, and mechanical trades. + Strong knowledge of safety procedures and requirements as well as code requirements. + Basic knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, statistics, and their applications. + Basic knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
