What you’ll do

To monitor the statistical performance of the channels in the call center, to support decision-making in critical and areas requiring improvement, to quickly identify system and infrastructure problems and to inform the relevant teams quickly, to monitor the call traffic instantly and to prevent/balance. actions for service level and line density. Showing opportunities and risks with regular or instant analysis. Ability to generate instant information and alarms to the management level

Who you are

•    Graduate from Business Administration , Industrial Engineering , Economics or MIS
•     At least 3  years monitoring experience
•    Excellent command in MS Office Programs (sql and Excel VBA  knowledge is an asset)
•    A good knowledge of research is must
•    Strong analytical and problem solving skills involving significant and detailed analysis / interpretation
