As part of the Mondelēz International Digital Services division, you have responsibility for you have responsibility for the Management of entire Real Estate Portfolio of Mondelez International and associated companies in North & Western Europe, France, UK & I

How you will contribute

Responsible for all real estate transactions by partnering with respective stakeholders in Business Units & Functions to develop strategies, optimize real estate portfolio and deliver resultsEffectively gather information for internal customer needs and collaborate by defining requirements to bring efficiencies and mitigate risksDrive complex projects end-to-end including assemble team, craft strategy, and executeDevelop succinct presentations to guide business decisions and make recommendationsPrepare management reviews including portfolios and project statusCreate appropriation requests (AR) and conduct financial analysis including lease vs buy, stay vs go, compare options to provide Net Present Value, IRR etc.Support the rest of REFM team in budget, forecast and projectsManage outsource transaction provider(s) to ensure negotiation and project execution is in line with expectationsStay relevant on RE metrics and lead innovative way (bring outside in and share best practices with other regions) to assess real estate portfolio and drive efficienciesSupport regional REFM team on ad hoc reporting and analysis
