This role will lead the development of data-driven solutions that power Amazon's strategic facility location decisions worldwide. As a PMT, you will be the driving force behind architecting and implementing advanced site selection models that evaluate potential locations across Amazon's global network. Key job responsibilities As a PMT, you will oversee product development while managing expectations across the global network. Your role involves evaluating features to deliver value for teams and customers, maintaining communication of the product roadmap. You will guide engineering and design teams to meet deadlines, using working backwards methodology to build enterprise solutions. As technical Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will support users and teams on tool implementation and integration. You will lead standardization initiatives, creating processes to improve planning and sprint velocity. Success requires balance of leadership, management, and optimization to meet objectives and user needs while maintaining development progress. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
