Why This Mission:
The Real Estate Manager serves as an in-house strategist and dealmaker, working across all business divisions to drive growth and help manage the business within the assigned region. Reporting directly to the Head of Real Estate, you will gain in-depth knowledge of the local market and Chanel’s property portfolio. Your responsibilities include identifying suitable locations for stores, offices, and storage units, and assisting the entire deal process—from planning and negotiation to lease execution and ongoing portfolio management.
In this role, you will work cross-functionally with internal teams and collaborate with external stakeholders such as landlords, developers, brokers, and advisors. Together, you will gather and analyze market intelligence to execute the company’s real estate strategy.

Negotiations
Leading distribution planning across the three business divisions and corporate functions, aligned with strategic business objectives. This requires close collaboration with business leaders and a deep understanding of the brand’s positioning in Asia.Networking with key landlords and nurturing relationships, to ensure appropriate development project level links with landlord central leasing departments and their local teams.Negotiating commercial terms with landlords to maximize profitability across both retail and non-retail properties.Orchestrating all property-related activities within the designated region—from site identification and feasibility assessment to project execution—ensuring compliance, timelines, and cost efficiency. This involves close coordination with business leads, Legal, Finance of location markets (HKMO/KR/TW), and regional teams including Boutique Architecture and CAP Studio.Contract management
Maintaining a strong understanding of existing lease agreements, ensuring all rights and obligations are managed effectively (e.g., rent payments, notices, options, co-tenancy, non-obstruction clauses, business hours, insurance, etc.).Acting as the key liaison between the Real Estate team and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate dissemination and implementation of contractual terms.Collaborating with the Finance team to support timely and accurate payment processes by providing relevant lease and contract information.Managing the lease administration system (Sequential) and associated databases to ensure 100% data accuracy.Facilitating ongoing real estate discussions post-contract signing and boutique opening to ensure alignment and operational excellence.Coordinating contract execution, including signature collection and proper documentation.Communication with Landlord
Serving as the key point of contact between Chanel’s standalone boutiques and shopping center management teams, ensuring contractual terms are upheld and boutique operations run smoothly.Maintaining and regularly update landlord contact databases.Supporting the planning and execution of landlord-related events and engagements.Administrative task
