As a Real Estate Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our data center portfolio, driving innovative solutions that support state of the art technological infrastructure. Your expertise will be critical in identifying, evaluating, and executing complex real estate projects that enable our continued global growth.
Your day will be dynamic and collaborative, involving strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional communication. You'll navigate complex real estate landscapes, engage with diverse stakeholders, and transform conceptual plans into tangible infrastructure solutions. Each project presents unique challenges that require creative problem-solving and technical precision.
We are a collaborative group of professionals dedicated to expanding our technological footprint through strategic real estate development. This position may require up to 50% travel.
Key job responsibilities
- Partner with acquisition leads to evaluate, negotiate, and close strategic real estate deals
- Develop comprehensive project plans that balance technical requirements, market demands, and investment strategies
- Manage multidisciplinary teams of vendors, consultants, and contractors throughout project lifecycles
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and value engineering opportunities
- Oversee project budgeting, permitting, and regulatory compliance to ensure successful project delivery
