Join us! **Job Description:** The Real Estate Corporate Banking Credit Products Analyst / Associate plays a key role in underwriting, portfolio monitoring, and performance reporting for loans and other credit risk exposure to large corporate real estate clients including public REITs, global real estate fund sponsors, and public homebuilders. The RECB Analyst / Associate works alongside Credit Officers and product partners from Corporate and Investment Banking, Loan Syndications, Risk, Treasury Management, Traded Products, Legal, and others with a focus on bilateral and syndicated unsecured REIT credit facilities, as well as subscription line financing for select institutional real estate asset managers. The Analyst / Associate works closely with the Credit Product Officers to drive the underwriting and credit approval process for new originations and renewals of multiple product types (trading, loan, treasury), and bears increasing responsibility for the completion of portfolio monitoring routines. Active participation in transactions is expected with expanding understanding of deal structures and documentation issues.
