We’re hiring a Real Estate Coordinator for our Corporate HQ in Columbia, MO and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. The Real Estate Coordinator will play a crucial role in sourcing and securing properties, focusing on identifying new leads, networking for off-market opportunities, and skillfully negotiating offers.
Primary Responsibilities Quickly establish rapport with real estate professionals across the country. Search for properties in our target markets with every online real estate listing resource. Aggressively network with commercial listing agents in every target market to find off-market deals or pocket listings. Continually identify new real estate leads across the country. Clearly articulate, communicate and relay important information and critical documents. Verify supporting documentation, create/edit spreadsheets and reports. Juggle projects of competing priority levels and display a strong sense of follow-through with all tasks.
