What you'll do:

In the capacity of Real Estate Associate based in Exeter, you will:

Administer a comprehensive range of property transactions on behalf of developers, investors, as well as public and private sector entities, ensuring all legal obligations are fulfilled with meticulous precision. Supervise sales and acquisitions of commercial land encompassing retail, industrial, telecommunications, and office premises while maintaining scrupulous attention to detail. Undertake asset management responsibilities including landlord and tenant matters, offering thorough advice tailored to each client’s specific requirements. Support real estate finance activities by preparing CLLS certificates of title and efficiently managing conditions precedent. Collaborate closely with specialist teams in Corporate, Banking & Finance, Litigation, Projects & Construction, and Energy & Sustainability on complex multidisciplinary assignments. Oversee project management duties on intricate matters necessitating effective cooperation across various departments. Cultivate, maintain, and where possible initiate enduring client relationships through exemplary service delivery and communication. Participate actively in marketing initiatives as well as firm-wide and departmental training sessions to further your professional development. Manage your own files independently whilst ensuring strict adherence to Lexcel procedures at all times. Comply rigorously with core competencies appropriate for your level of qualification as a fee earner.
