With the support of more than 30,000 team members, we promote a forward-thinking philosophy that’s built on a foundation of trust, dignity, respect, responsibility and clinical excellence. **Position details:** **Facility:** BayCare System Office **Location:** Remote (Must reside in the state of Florida) **Status:** Full Time - Exempt **Hours:** 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM **The Real Estate Analyst will:** + Play a crucial role in supporting the real estate team with comprehensive analysis and property evaluation. + Be involved with preparing, reviewing, and maintaining lease documentation, including lease abstracts and checklists, while ensuring updates to the Yardi database. + Collaborate closely with the Finance team on accounts receivable management, lease escalations, and commission calculations.
