Position details:

Facility: BayCare System Office
Location: Remote (Must reside in the state of Florida)
Status: Full Time - Exempt
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM 

The Real Estate Analyst will:

Play a crucial role in supporting the real estate team with comprehensive analysis and property evaluation. Be involved with preparing, reviewing, and maintaining lease documentation, including lease abstracts and checklists, while ensuring updates to the Yardi database. Collaborate closely with the Finance team on accounts receivable management, lease escalations, and commission calculations. A key component of the role that will be performed in partnership with the Finance team is conducting in-depth financial analysis, including evaluating buy vs. lease scenarios, assessing the financial implications of properties being purchased, and performing asset performance analysis using Argus. Support lease negotiations, work with the leasing and property operations teams to ensure smooth transmission of lease-related documents and assist in the preparation of lease proposals and commission agreements. Be involved in conducting market research to evaluate market trends, rental rates, and competitor properties, as well as preparing marketing materials for available spaces. Identify opportunities to optimize asset performance and contribute to data-driven decision-making for the company’s real estate strategy.

Education:

Required Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field.

Experience:

Required 3+ years of Asset Management, Leasing or related Real Estate Experience. Required Excel, Argus and Yardi experience.
