Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000

The Real Estate Analyst provides advisory work for Apple Bank’s Real Estate Valuation and Advisory Division (REVAD), which primarily supports the Commercial Mortgage Department (CMD), as well as other related business units within the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform annual reviews on commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS).Produce periodic administrative reports.Perform market research.Perform annual debt service reviews.Conduct portfolio property inspections.Support loan-underwriting activities.Engage in mortgage due diligence and administrative functions.Perform other duties as requested.

SKILLS, EDUCATION, & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in a related field of study preferred.1+ years of experience in a similar position.Argus Enterprise experience preferred.Knowledge of the NY Metro area market.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.Excellent interpersonal & communication (verbal + written) skills.
